This conversation can take place by phone, online or on site. You share your wishes and any existing drawings or photos. From there we see which next step makes sense.

Building plan
We develop your idea into clear drawings and a solid building plan that suits your project.
We work step by step towards a fitting plan. Along the way we look at layout, dimensions, regulations and the documents needed for the next phase.

Permit
If a permit is required, we prepare the drawings and application documents for the municipality.
We make sure the application documents are delivered in a clear, organised way. If the municipality has questions, we can guide this process further and supply the additional documents needed.

Completion and next steps
You receive clear documents to move forward with the municipality, structural engineer, external advisors or contractor. Additional guidance can be discussed separately if needed.
